We’re Not Peddling Some Kind Of Short Sale Magic Formula!
We get asked all of the time how we are so successful at short sales. They ask us these questions as if we have some short sale magicformula or loss mitigation crystal ball. Nothing could be further from reality. What we have is a very simple, roll up your sleeves, step-by-step system that can be duplicated with relative easy by just about anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort to succeed.
Short sales are not tough to do and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Sure they take a ton of follow-up and perseverance but it’s not like you’re out there tarring a roof or laying down hot asphalt in the sun. My respect goes out to those who truly work hard and I find it to be an insult to say that short sales are hard or are too much work. What does that say about you as a person when creating some documents and making some phone calls is considered too much work.
No there is no short sale magic potion. Just a simple system that works…oh yeah and you won’t have to pay $5,000 to learn it! That’s not short sale magic…well then again it might be if someone can get you to fork over that kind of dough.
