Pre-Qualification
The second video in the course explains how we pre-qualify both the property and the homeowner. Both of them have to pass our scrutiny. You see we’re in the business of actually making money with short sales. We’re not going to take on a short sale client unless we can be reasonably sure were going to make a profit.
We are not interested in working on a deal that will end up with us not getting paid. This video tells you what to look for so that you can determine at the outset if this deal is worth pursuing.
There’s a novel thought…actually turn down clients that don’t fit your criteria. We don’t need the practice and neither will you.
